1. Discovery

Process mapping, stakeholder interviews, artifact harvest. We meet the work where it lives — not where the vendor PDF says it should.

2. As-Is / To-Be modeling

Excalidraw-and-BPMN-style models grounded in field reality. The team can read them; that's the test.

3. Automation map

Each gap gets a candidate automation, an owner, a trigger, and a check. Power Automate when it's the right tool. Salesforce automation when that's the right side. Sometimes — the boring win — a SQL view and a meeting.

4. Ship

Implementation on the customer's stack of record: Microsoft, Salesforce, Resco.

5. Verify on device Verified on-device

Multi-platform sanity-check across iOS, Android, and Windows before a process is declared live.
