A Business Process Engineering engagement is run in five steps:

  1. Discovery. Process mapping with the people who actually do the work.
  2. As-Is / To-Be modeling. Excalidraw or BPMN — whatever the team can read.
  3. Automation map. Each gap gets a candidate automation, an owner, a trigger, and a check.
  4. Ship. Platform implementation with the customer’s stack of record.
  5. Verify on device. Multi-platform sanity-check before a process is declared live.
